Gause Landing! Magnificent Home located on the Intracoastal Waterway at Ocean Isle Beach. (Mainland side). Bring your family and make memories at one of the most special places on the Carolina Coast. Spend the week or weekend being lazy among the massive oak trees, the changing tides and the impressive sunsets. You have found it, a slice of heaven. The Mazelle Porch has been in our family for over 25 years and oh the memories we have made and now we want to share this magnificant getaway with your family.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. • Inspect the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
