There is also a third guest bedroom on this level that offers a double bed. A hall bathroom serves the two guest rooms and visitors. There is also a washer and dryer in the hall for added convenience.
The downstairs level of the home has a spacious sitting area and bedroom with a queen size bed. The sitting area offers a twin-size day bed that can also double as a couch. There is a twin trundle under the day bed making this room exceptionally versatile– ideal for teenagers or it can double as a secondary primary suite for travelers that prefer a little bit of space at the end of the day! A sliding glass door leads to a modest private patio in the fenced back yard.
