The Space:

The Bungalow Loft is a completely modernized upstairs unit within a 1946 duplex beach bungalow. The unit has private stairs, complimentary driveway parking and extensive outdoor space.



The unit has a private front porch with rocking chairs and a hammock and a peaceful sun filled back porch with extensive seating. The outdoor space for two units are separated by a gate and deck- both have their own fire pit, outdoor shower and seating.



Located on Wrightsville Beach’s main strip and just a 3-min. walk to the sand, The Loft offers painless access to Johnny Mercer's Pier, local stores, and eateries—making it the ideal beachside escape.



You will not be sharing any space with the guests in the other unit of this duplex.

Located along the peaceful north end of Wrightsville Beach, 1502 North Lumina Avenue offers a ideal blend of laid-back coastal living and convenience. Just steps from the ocean and the sound, the area is ideal for beachgoers, surfers, and paddleboarders alike.
