Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
