Uncle Lim’s Kitchen

It seems that all Wilmington locals and frequent visitors are on the hunt for good Chinese take-out, and Uncle Lim’s Kitchen answers the call with a refreshing menu and a central location on the corner of Carolina Beach Road and Independence Blvd. Featuring both take-out and delivery service, and a long menu of tempting items to choose from, Uncle Lim’s Kitchen is a convenient and tasty option for stress-free dining at home.

The menu is fairly standard for a Chinese take-out joint, and features a wealth of appetizers and salads, and a wide array of poultry, beef, pork, seafood, chow Mein, lo Mein, and rice dishes in small and large sizes. There’s also a nice list of Southeast Asian specialties, like an assortment of Thai curries, Basil Chicken, Mango Chicken, and House Peking Pork Chop. For something a little unique, however, check out the specials board, which changes regularly, and which can include more unique and fresh delicacies like boy choy in garlic sauce, salt and pepper calamari, Mongolian chicken, and beef with black bean sauce. With so much to choose from, and a wide range of different Asia cuisines represented, Uncle Lim’s Kitchen will be a local take-out establishment that Wilmington food lovers can return to again and again for something traditional but new.
