THE LOCATION
Sunset Beach is the ideal place to appreciate a calming family vacation! In addition to its main attraction, the elegant beach, Sunset Beach is proud to be the official stop on the North Carolina Birding Trail. There are plenty of areas for bird lovers to view the different species, including the pier. And if a game of golf is a must during your vacation, you will have your choice of three signature golf courses. The home has impressive vistas of the intercostal and is only a short walk to the beach access.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes completely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 5 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), tiki bar and outdoor shower. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor includes a den, wet bar, and pool table. The elevator goes to all levels! All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure.
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be included for all stays checking in on May 18th, and checking out on September 7th 2024.

Pool heating is an additional $80 per nighttime with a 3 nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is on a lake. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
