As you enter “Sullivan” you are greeted by impressive wood floors and the welcoming open floor plan. This open great room accepts families to stay connected whether dining, calming on the couch, or preparing snacks to bring down to the beach. The front covered porch off the living room offers an outdoor dining set. Appreciate dinner soaking in the salt air as the sun sets over the waterway. There is a guest bedroom on the main living level that is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed. This guest bedroom opens to a covered balcony – a outstanding hidden getaway to sneak away to with your favorite book. A full bathroom beside the guest bedroom adds convenience for guests staying in this room as well as visitors.

Upstairs you will find the second guest bedroom and primary bedroom. There is a washer and dryer located in the top floor hallway for added convenience. The primary bedroom is furnished with a roomy king-sized bed. The on-suite bathroom comes complete with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and there is also a private deck off this suite so you can relax in solitude after a long day of salt and sun. The third guest bedroom sports a queen size bed, private bathroom, and deck.

Stay Requirements: Friday to Friday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-nighttime stay in other seasons. Linens Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Couch Bed.
Parking: Off-street parking for 3-4 cars.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Prohibited: Family Animals, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
