The split bedroom configuration provides privacy and maximizes the space, The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and is located next to the full bathroom. There is a combination washer dryer in the hall for added convenience. Just across from the living room is the second guest room - the bunk bed configuration makes this room great for kids! Parking: Assigned parking on site for 1 car in the driveway directly in front of the garage. There is one on-street parking pass available for a total of 2 parking spots. On-street parking is first come first serve. Garage is not supplied with rental.
Pet Policy: Animals Considered. Family Pets are negotiable with non-returnable fee and returnable security deposit. Owner Approval Required.
Prohibited: No Smoking, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
