There is a full-size washer and dryer available for your convenience with laundry detergent supplied. Washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The cavernous primary bedroom has a premium memory foam king bed, blackout curtains and a 32" intelligent tv. There is an attached en suite bathroom.

GUEST BEDROOM
This guest bedroom has a premium queen memory foam bed, blackout curtains & desk space.

BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms; one off of the primary bedroom and one next to the guest bedroom. All bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash supplied.

PARKING
There are 2 complimentary driveway parking spots for guests to use. Off street parking is not allowed.

SECURITY
For safety purposes, we have two actively recording cameras that record video and audio located on the EXTERIOR of the property.

We also use noise monitoring devices at the property; they do NOT record actual sounds or conversations, they simply monitor the noise level (measured in decibels).
