Enormous beach home in family-friendly Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Located in a great location, with ocean vistas, only steps from a beach access leading to a wide, uncrowded strand. Ideal for enormous families, multiple families or couples on a hideaway. Open and bright family room and dining area. Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space for multiple cooks.

Refresh and updates are done each year. Recent enhancements include a new dining table, a sizable french-door refrigerator, new outdoor furnishings and an refreshed master bath. Freshly painted within the past few years.

The home has wood-look tile floor in the main living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. We only rent during the summer months and the home gets an all-over deep cleaning, including carpets and furnishings at the start of each rental season. The weekly cleaning between units includes disinfecting of high-touch areas. Bed comforters/quilts are refreshed on a regular basis.

Just 5 mins. away is a bigger community park with lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts and another playground. If you are looking to adventure further away from Ocean Isle, it is a short drive to Myrtle Beach, SC with its amusement parks, outlet malls, theaters, etc., or historic Wilmington, where you will find the Battleship North Carolina along with close by Fort Fisher and other points of interest.
