This freshly remodeled and redecorated freshly painted condo features an striking 8th flloor Penthouse ocean view, a sizable great room and 2 comfortable bedrooms that are sure to help you embrace the laid-back coastal lifestyle. The welcoming great room offers plenty of natural light, brand new electronic leather couch and reclinner chair with wireless phone charging, and a enormous 52" flat screen for binging on your favorite TV show. Cook up your favorite meal in the entirely equipped kitchen with all new appliances. There is plenty of seating in the adjoining dining area and additional seating at the kitchen counter if needed.
