The space
We redecorated in 2022 and 2024 with new couches and adore seats, a new King size memory foam bed in the master bedroom, and Intelligent TVs in every room including 65” 4k TV in the living room.

There are no steps, and all the doors are additional wide 36” doors.

The unit is very accessible for those who need painless access but, please note that the bathrooms are not ADA compliant (they don't have the required grab bars), however there is a handicap parking spot right in front that was dedicated to this unit.

The unit is kid friendly with a giant soaking tub, simple shower access and a full sized washer and dryer.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo, and will have access to both pools and hot tubs during regular operating hours.

We want our guests to be comfortable and feel as if they are at home.

Other things to note
There is a outdoor storage closet were we keep community beach stuff including chairs and toys, please feel complimentary to use, we just ask that you return them when you are done. We also keep barbeque supplies there, if you use the charcoal, please just replenish it before you leave.

If you should have any special requests please let us know and we will try to accommodate them.
