Upstairs, the cavernous primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, private full bath, and access to a huge street-side deck with patio furnishings and a appealing swing — the ideal spot to relax with a book or evening breeze.

The open living area invites you to gather and savor the view from the private oceanfront balcony. The dining table seats four comfortably, and five additional barstools at the kitchen counter provide plenty of space for everybody to share meals together.

Parking regulations prohibit jet skis, boats, trailers, or golf carts on the premises.

Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not included.
