A entirely equipped kitchen (just bring the food), and a laundry room w/full sized washer & dryer. Wi-Fi Internet & Direct TV supplied. BOOKING INFO - Guest will need to complete Rental Agreement and Pet Addendum prior to finalizing booking. Contact the owner to get the forms. Guests must be 55 or older

PET INFORMATION-
1. Guest to pay additional pet fee in the amount of: $120.00 /week or $20.00/nighttime for the first pet. 2nd pet is $15/nighttime.
2. Pets may not exceed 40lbs. (except for a "Qualified" Service Dog) - Larger Pets may be considered. Please ask the owner.

Security Deposit - A $250 dollar 100% returnable security deposit is required to book your stay.

Cleaning/Linen Fee - $150.00. Consists of cleaning at the end of your stay and use of the following: (Bed Sheets, Pillow Cases, Blankets, Towels, Mattress Covers and Pillow Protectors). You will also receive Paper Towels and Toilet Paper enough for 1 week. There is no daily maid service. Please be respectful of my home as you would your own.
