Walk to coffee stores, eateries, & bars! Less than 2 miles to downtown, 2 miles to hospital, & 9 miles to beach. Ideal for remote professionals. As a 100yr old property, there is no central air; the living room & primary bedroom have individually controlled hotel-type AC/heating units. Early checkin/late checkout options. Entire bungalow, front porch, back deck, backyard (not fenced) We are available via Airbnb message or text as needed. We live and work close by.
