Appreciate a classy experience at this centrally-located 2 bd/1 bath bungalow in Wilmington's Cargo District - an urban, revitalized area with pedestrians & bus routes close by. Walk to CargoWest coffee stores, eateries, & bars! Two miles to downtown, 2 m to hospital, & 9 m to beach. Ideal for remote professionals. As a 100yr old property, there is no central air; the living room & primary bedroom have individually controlled hotel-type AC/heating units. Early checkin/late checkout, & pet options.
