From the additional enormous balcony slider door and huge sidewall window you have premium unobstructed viewing. A picture ideal getaway right in front of you. The oceanfront covered deck offers comfortable seating along with a modest table. Ideal for appreciating your morning coffee while taking in the morning sunrise. Be sure to keep your eye out for the dolphins that can be seen swimming right in front of the condo. Being a top floor unit ensures there will not be anyone above you, thus offering a peaceful, calming and private experience.

This condo is located in a prime area of Carolina Beach with a wide beach span in front of you. Located in between the boardwalk and the Carolina Beach pier you have painless access to eateries, bars, stores, and stores. The boardwalk is only 7 blocks away (a 10 min. walk) as well the canal area where the chartered fishing boats go out. Be sure to check out their daily catches as they return to the marina.

The condo has been completely modernized and refreshed. Luxury vinyl plank driftwood floor is throughout the entire space, with area rugs in the rooms and hallway. The kitchen has new white ceiling height cabinets and lower cabinets, white quartz countertops, nice appliances, coffee pot, white subway tile backsplash and recessed lighting. In addition to the master closet, the hallway closet and the cabinet above the refrigerator are locked and labeled as well. Please do not attempt to open these. Any attempt and or damage to the locked areas will result in loss of security deposit.

There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off chairs, beach toys, etc. Please also shake sand out of beach towels, blankets, etc. as sand will collect in the washing machine causing damage. Excessive amounts of sand left in the unit will result in added cleaning costs.

Tricks and tips to get the optimal Cape Fear area vacation property experience:

Finding the best value:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Cape Fear area visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines have discounts for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.

Filter your search:

  • Choose a group leader, select your trip dates, and select a budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your family needs. NEW LISTING!!!! Beautiful Ocean Front View! has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is almost always available online. If they are not listed, email or call the property owner before booking the property. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches. You will need to determine what is best for your group.
  • If your family is bringing pets, you'll need to search for a rental that allows animals. Ask for information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Often, property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
  • Visiting for a single event? Try a map search to locate nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental

Some things to know before you go:

  • Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property. Put the manager's information in your smartphone.
  • Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let crooks spoil your vacation.
  • To ensure that no damages are linked to your family's visit, inspect for any problem areas upon check in. Make contact with the rental manager immediately to document any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be a fantastic resource to find the best local beaches.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a terrific time? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
