Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is a dream. With 2 nice bedrooms featuring 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The property also offers AC and heating for superb comfort. We look forward to hosting you at our place. The condominium complex - A Place At the Beach 2 is oceanfront and this unit is a side unit with a balcony facing east with water vistas. It offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Appreciate features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, 2 TVs with internet cable (streaming), wireless internet, washer and dryer in unit, and a private balcony off of the living room. This unit has 1-5 beach chairs for guest use (cannot replace if they break).

A Place at the beach Phase II has an oceanfront pool and a walkway to the beach.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a private half bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a set of Single Bunk Beds. There is a full bathroom off the hallway.
The unit also is equipped with a mixer, waffle maker, smoothie maker, and blender. There are both types of coffee makers; carafe and Keurig. Kitchen is outfitted with dinnerware, cutlery, cookware and glassware. The oven has a constructed in air fryer feature.

This unit is a No smoking unit. First floor. Accommodates 6. If you rented this property last year, ask about discounts offered by the homeowner for repeat guests. No more than 6 guests allowed.

Units are weekly only 5/31/2026-8/9/2026.
3-nighttime minimum 8/10/2025-5/30/2026 and 8/9/2026-12/31/2026 (some restrictions apply).

Bed linens, towels, paper towels, and soaps are NOT PROVIDED. The property has pillows and bed covers.

No family pets. Ask about pet friendly units for longer term units.

Conveniences include beach side pool with lounge area and outside shower, outdoor grilling area, coin laundry room located in the pool area, and private parking lot on-site for the complex. The balcony has great seating for 4, a elegant ocean view, or a great place to savor listening to the waves.

**ALL guests are required to have a parking pass to park in the attached complex lot. They will be available in the welcome packet in the unit on your check-in day. If two cars are needed for your stay, let me know when booking, so I can provide 2 passes (limit). However, at all times, all guests are solely responsible for your car(s) for the duration of your stay. Golf carts are not allowed on the property.
