This is a duplex, but EXTREMELY peaceful. This cinderblock home has been soundproofed, and no bedrooms share a wall. You will have the entire Unit B to yourself with no shared backyard areas. Each backyard is privately fenced.

The home is located between blocks and has been completely fenced in on all sides. There is no direct street access, so no passersby to disturb you.

Other things to note
This property is outfitted with 6 external security cameras. The parking lot, front, and rear entrances are all under 24/7 surveillance for guest safety.
