Located in the peaceful wooded section of Oak Island, Co’Sea Cottage is cavernous but comfortable when you want it. With 2 Screened-In Porches (front & back) & a Fenced-In Backyard, it’s the place to bring your beach loving dog. The front screened-in porch has tons of seating, including a bench swing. Have your coffee in the mornings out here with one of numerous NC specific beach reads. Off the Kitchen is the back screened-in porch with a table for AlFresco (& bug complimentary) dinners & playing one of the variety of games. There is an open-air porch in the back to plan your day ahead while appreciating the morning sun. This is the bungalow to experience the earth elements. Water, Air & Fire: Hot Tub, Porches, Fenced-In Backyard & Gas Fireplace in the Living area & Fire Pit in the backyard.

There is a Shared Hall Bath with a Tub/Shower combination. Guest 2/ Office: Full bed, Dresser/Closet for unpacking & a Desk for Mobile Working/Schooling. In the heart of Southport, you can visit various handsome parks, art galleries, museums, the visitor center & appealing stores. One could spend an entire day browsing all the unique little stores. Sit in the swings on the waterfront & watch as the cargo ships enter the mouth of the Cape Fear River headed to the Port of Wilmington. Feel the healing salubrious breezes Southport is known for. Southport & Oak Island host numerous festivals during the year. Within 20 mins. you can stroll the colonial streets of Old Brunswick Town.
