* Two King Bedrooms, One Queen bedroom, a room with 2 Full beds, and a bunk bed room with a trundle couch
* Two primary suites for ample comfort (one is downstairs - ideal for those who are not great with stairs!)
* 3.5 freshly refreshed bathrooms
* Substantial backyard with an in-ground swimming pool
* Pool House with arcade basketball, kitchenette, arcade games, TV, air hockey table (no longer have pool table), and living room space

* Only a 10- mins. drive from Wrightsville Beach
* Bikes supplied for a 20-min. ride to Wrightsville Beach

No need to stop by and grab a key. Go straight to the home to use the digital lock on the front door with a unique code to enter.

The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

Pool is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. Kids must be supervised in and around the pool at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool.

You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old. If your group is unrelated, the average age must not be less than 25 years old.

• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
