From the primary bedroom located on the 3rd level (Beach side), you have a nice view of the ocean. The front of the home has 2 decks, one on the 2nd level which is screened in and one on the 3rd level coming off of the living room. Both decks overlook the marsh and canal. It is a great spot to view the wildlife or savor your morning coffee/ favorite evening drink as you watch the striking Oak Island sunrise or sunset. There is a private elevator inside the home that goes from the 1st to 3rd level to assist anyone with mobility restrictions or simply help transport the groceries. Conveniently located in the middle of the island, you are just mins. away from shopping, grocery stores and eateries.
