Savor the ocean breezes and impressive vistas at this beautiful townhouse by the sea. Located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, Wrightsville Winds is conveniently located to the beach, local eateries and unique stores.

The main floor has a roomy kitchen, half bath and enormous open concept living and dining area. The deck off the living area has plenty of seating to help relax and relax while listening to the waves crash close by. You'll appreciate cooking up a fresh meal in the completely outfitted kitchen after a long day on the beach! Seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar makes this a great spot to catch up on the day's adventures.

The second-level offers a Queen bedroom with shared access to the hall bathroom, a laundry closet with washer and dryer, and the bunk bedroom with private bathroom and access to the second level deck. The bunk bedroom has two bespoke constructed in bunk beds that are twin over full sized beds.

Upstairs, the top-level features a Master suite with King bed, private bathroom, and access to another private deck with ocean vistas.

Beach accessories are stored in the closet in the car port and an outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a fun filled day in the sun and the sand. There is parking for 4-5 cars (depending on the size).

Parking instructions:
Parking for 8B is under and in front of Unit. 4-5 cars depending on size. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, entirely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Animals must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Some hosts and property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection.
