We appreciate well-behaved dogs! We have a sizable fenced and gated backyard for them to run and play. If you would like to bring your dogs, we charge $75 per pet, and it will be your responsibility to pick up any yard waste from your family pets. LIVING ROOM
The living room is a great place to relax and watch your favorite shows on the 70” intelligent TV with Netflix supplied.

MASTER BEDROOM
The roomy master bedroom has a king bed and a 50" intelligent TV with Netflix. Guests can log into their own streaming services as well.

GUEST BEDROOM 1
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and 42" intelligent TV with Netflix. Guests can log into their own streaming services as well.

GUEST BEDROOM 2
The guest bedroom has a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle bed. Desk space includes a monitor if desired. A 32" TV with Firestick available to guests using their own streaming services.

BATHROOMS
There are 2 full bathrooms; one off the master bedroom, and the other in main hallway next to the guest bedrooms. All bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash included.

LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer available for your convenience.

GARAGE
Foosball, air hockey table, beach chairs (4), and 2 adult bicycles.

PARKING
- 1 Garage parking spot available. Garage door opener included, if the remote is lost or broken, guest will be charged $150 for replacement.
- Driveway can accommodate 2-4 cars, and yes you can bring your own boat!

Money saving strategies:

  • Reserve your rental in the Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early.   • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on good reviews to drive more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback find their best rental home. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
