Introducing Brightside, located one block from the intracoastal and just a stone's throw from the beach, you'll appreciate hearing the calming sound of ocean waves while calming on the front porch swings and deck chairs.

Inside there are three bedrooms and two full baths, with an open floor plan connecting the roomy living room and eat-in kitchen. With a gated porch and a fenced-in backyard, little ones and family pets can play safely indoors or out.

There is a king-sized bed in the main bedroom, which is equipped with its own Roku TV and full bathroom. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for kids and teens with a single-over-double bunk bed and a trundle bed that pulls out from underneath.

The laundry room has a washer/dryer, and a second full bathroom close by. Clean bed linens are supplied in all rooms and will be neatly folded and placed on the beds prior to your arrival.

The front of the home has a sizable gated porch with two porch swings and three patio chairs, and is cooled by two huge ceiling fans. The home is pet-friendly (with a two-dog limit) and pets are given painless access to the entirely-fenced backyard. The driveway offers ample parking, and doubles as a pickleball/badminton court (net, rackets etc are included). The side yard offers additional parking and a close by hose, convenient for boaters. The backyard also has a charcoal grille available for your use, and a second hose near the side entrance, helpful for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach.

Your stay also includes complimentary use of beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a Bluetooth-enabled portable speaker, and a beach umbrella. The living room features a Roku TV with local TV channels and sign-in access to your Netflix, Prime, Disney, and Hulu accounts. Music fans will adore the Bluetooth-enabled portable speaker, with AM/FM radio and the ability to sync with both iPhone and Android. The home also offers magnificant WIFI. You'll access the home by entering your unique door code into the intelligent lock, while a single external security camera provides additional security. Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting.
