Brice is Right invites you to relax oceanfront, whether you’re appreciating the private pool or taking in charming ocean vistas from the home’s roomy decks. The first floor features an open living, dining, and kitchen area designed for comfort and gathering, along with a pull-out couch bed (linens not included but available to rent) and a full bathroom.

Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and jetted tub. Additional sleeping accommodations include a daybed with trundle and two queen bedrooms, providing plenty of space for family and friends.

This well-appointed home offers wood floors throughout the living, kitchen, and dining areas, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a comfortable fireplace. Additional amenities include open and covered porches, WiFi, an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower, and a private walkway leading directly to the beach.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are supplied for weekly units. Towels are not supplied but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

A Welcome Amenity Bag is supplied with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit to help you settle in comfortably.
(Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)
