Note: The fireplace shown in the photos is not operable. This home also has an EV charger installed so you can charge during your stay.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.   • Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great feedback to inspire future bookings. They'll be grateful for your review.
