**Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.**

The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

Parking tags are required and will be left on the kitchen counter for you when you arrive. All condos include 2 parking spots. Additional paid parking is available street side or in one of multiple public parking tons on the Island. No additional parking passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

**Renovations in other building units are underway during the winter. Construction noise is allowed Monday through Friday 8am thru 5pm.**

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.

  • Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect your property!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a fantastic time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it.
