Located on an upsized lot abutting the Davis Canal and just a two-min. walk (425 feet) to the beach, Changes in L’Attitude is a prime location for both relaxation and adventures on the water. Front and back decks, as well as a screened porch and an additional screened area under the home, offer serene spaces to relax and appreciate the ocean breeze. The huge fenced back yard is ideal for a cookout and lawn games. Changes in L’Attitude is around the corner from the 9th Place Scenic Walkway which hosts a dock to drop your fishing line, canoe or kayak.
