Handsome 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo at the Islander Villas, located on the top floor with striking sunset vistas from the huge back deck. There are ocean vistas and Intracoastal vistas from the same deck. Only a quick walk to the beach!



Just steps from the elegant blue-green waters and shining white sands of Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is also roughly 500 yards from the oceanfront Islander Resort Beach Club which includes a sizable oceanfront pool and outdoor Tiki Bar and Grille. Appreciate tennis on the community courts.



The condo sleeps 8. All four bedrooms have King sized beds. Kitchen amenities include a Keurig and drip coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, blender, and toaster oven. Also located in the condo are 5 T.V.s, all with cable, as well as DVD/VCR's. Free Wifi is available. You will find a common elevator just outside the condo, making the trip up to the top floor a breeze!

There is one pass for overflow parking, if pass it lost guest will incur a $100 fee for replacement.

Bicycles are simple to rent from local businesses and are a fun way to get around the island during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

​​​​​​​We cannot guarantee the communal elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. The HOA manages and maintains the elevator, not Brunswick Vacation Units. We do not give refunds if the elevator is broken or unusable during your stay. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at home). User error will result in a service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.



Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Units. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason.



EV Charging is not allowed at the Islander Villas. Golf cart charging is allowed, no drop cords.
