3- Bedroom, 2- Full Bathroom, Cozy Cottage on a peaceful street with a great fenced in backyard, gas grille and parking for up to 3 cars. . Substantial wood deck with flowers, picnic table and umbrella with lounge chairs and a Hot tub too.

Our Cottage is close to the beach but away from the hordes. Even closer to the best shopping areas in Wilmington and a short ride to historic downtown Wilmington and Riverwalk! Cafes, Coffee Stores, wine tasting are within a short walk/bicycle ride.

Our neighborhood is a outstanding mix of UNCW college students, short and long term renters and home owners and it can be rather festive some evenings when UNCW is in session, late-Aug through mid-May. Extremely private and peaceful most of the time, most of the year.

Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
