Pool:The pool is heated year-round. **However, ** the environmental temperature will impact the operation and abilities of a heated exterior pool. The pools heating begins @8AM and ends @ 8PM. If the ambient temp is 55 degrees or below, the temp (per Pool Company) will be too cold for the heater to operate. If over 55, the pools temp can generally range from 65-75 based on weather conditions and owner thermostat settings. If cold out but warms within the range of operation, it can take up to 24 hours to warm a pool of this size 10 degrees. Just some added insight and bits to help meet expectations!GOLF CARTS•To the county, golf carts are considered automobiles. Generally speaking, golf carts are NOT allowed on premises of ANY condo, condotel, or apartment. The same goes for trailers, motorbikes, etc. For SFR’s or properties supporting multiple cars, carts should be OK. However, be conscious that few homes have external outlets WITHOUT GFCI’S (which are code by today’s standards). Charging a cart on a GFCI will immediately trip the breaker, resulting in the inability to charge a cart amongst other repercussions.Pool:The pool is heated year-round.

We pride ourselves on how well-supplied the kitchen is - equipped for most any prepare, and the dining room is bright and roomy. The living areas have beautiful bamboo floors. The master bedroom with king bed is also on the main living level. The bath features tile and granite with a sizable walk-in shower. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one queen and one with two full/twin bunk beds, plus a bathroom and full-size laundry. Arrive through the gated entrance, pull into the private garage and unload everything onto the private elevator. There are 2 stairwells that access the condo in addition to the elevator. The condo is just across from the swimming pool (open mid May - October) for calming during the day or a cool dip at nighttime. We have supplied all the amenities of home. Appreciate all the amenities included at Carolina Beach Lake (just across the street). There are paddle boats, kayaks, a walking/bicycle trail, playground, complimentary movies during the summer and a farmers market on Saturdays.A fast walk to downtown provides tons of entertainment. There are carnival rides (during peak season) and games, Britt's donuts, live music, ice-cream, bingo during the summer, outstanding boardwalk, eateries, stores, etc., etc., etc. Savor the Thursday nighttime fireworks from the pool to avoid the hordes downtown.The condo has 3 master bedrooms all with queen size beds and private bathrooms (linens are not supplied but may be rented at your own accord and delivered via local services). There is also a twin over twin bunk bed with a twin trundle in one of the bed rooms. An additional twin sleeper couch is located in the entry. Generous living area for relaxing while appreciating HD TV with surround sound, blue ray DVD player. There are tons of DVDs to choose from (for kids and adults). Each bedroom has it own HD TV for you enjoyment. Bring your gaming system for those teenagers that need to get their game on.Substantial living area with comfortable leather seating. There is the Aquarium at Fort Fisher, the Fort Fisher Ferry, piers in both Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, Freeman Park on the north end of the island, the Battleship in Wilmington and the Tregembo zoo in Wilmington.NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED.
