Handsome vistas from the ocean to the waterway await you in this beautiful 10-bedroom home located in the private West End gated community. Boasting a enormous open concept floor-plan, Blue Heron is ideal for huge family gatherings and time well spent on the oceanfront of Holden Beach. Unwind around the private pool (open Easter - October) or appreciate some time in the hot tub! Stream your favorite shows and movies from the intelligent TVs, cable not supplied.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides beach and bath towel sets per occupancy for your convenience. Each set includes a washcloth, hand towel, and bath and beach towel.

In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a min. of surf and sand!

Absolutely no family pets nor smoking allowed on this property.
