“Siren Song “is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath located on the 3rd fairway of the golf course. This home is privately located in the maritime forest and has great vistas of the Bald Head Island golf course.
Downstairs is the main living area, kitchen, dining, living area, half bath, two bedrooms and a jack and jill bath. The kitchen is well supplied, has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The first bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has 2 queens. The jack and jill bath feature a shared shower, toilet and 2 separate vanities. There is a nice, comfortable screen porch off of the living area. It is ideal for your morning coffee while watching the wildlife pass by.
Upstairs is a master king suite with private balcony. The master bath has a over sized shower, soaking tub, and double sinks. There is a cute sleeping nook containing 2 twins in the master bath. It is a favorite spot for the kids!

Get the best value:

• In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
• To find the best rental home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.

• Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
