Great 3 Bedroom Villa within walking distance to the BHI Club and Beach
The villas are homes located in the South Beach setting near the Bald Head Island Club and across the street from a public beach access. Our villa is located at a beautiful, interesting and relatively secluded point where two lagoons converge. The area teems with wildlife, including turtles, many species of coastal birds and often an alligator or two. The eighteenth fairway of the golf course is in the distance on the left.

Located in Bald Head Island, this villa is near the beach. Kent Mitchell Nature Trail and The Clubs at St. James are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. Getting the best value:

• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are high season in the Cape Fear area area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
