The Neighborhood:
Sundance Cottage is arranged for a sizable family or two smaller families. Should you require more than four bedrooms, inform us! The Sundance Cottage conveniently shares a gated private driveway with its sister property, The Bluemoon Cottage!

Other Things to Note:
1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
5. Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax.
6. Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach from April 1st-September 30th (Wrightsville Beach rule- not ours!)

**All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.

• June, July, and August are high season in Wrightsville Beach. Booking in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your rental property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
