The Neighborhood:
Sundance Cottage is arranged for a sizable family or two smaller families. Should you require more than four bedrooms, inform us! The Sundance Cottage conveniently shares a gated private driveway with its sister property, The Bluemoon Cottage!

Other Things to Note:
1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
5. Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax.
6. Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach from April 1st-September 30th (Wrightsville Beach rule- not ours!)

**All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.

Getting the best value:

• To get the best value, try shifting your family's Cape Fear area trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Some owners offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Booking websites typically offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.

Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds. You'll need to establish what is right for your vacation family.
• Visiting for a single attraction or event? If so, use a map search to browse nearby properties.
