The Penthouse of a entirely remodeled beach condo. Ocean side of Greensboro Street only 5 homes from the beach. This is a NYC style loft apartment on the top floor of a 10 unit condo building. With tons of natural light, ample on space, and interior designed furnishings and décor. Every detail was thought through intricately. From the throw pillows, to TV's in every room, to the electric defog bathroom mirrors, as well as offering a washer and dryer.
