The space

"Queen By The Sea" features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Inverted floor plan with 4 bedrooms located on the first level. The Queen bedroom and Double bunk bed room share a bath (tub/shower). Across the entry, the King bedroom and Queen bedroom share a bath (tub/shower). All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, and are handsomely decorated in nautical theme throughout.

Heading upstairs you will find a King Master bedroom with private bath (shower only) as well as the open Living area, Kitchen, and Dining room with Wet bar. The kitchen provides top-notch appliances! For your convenience, a Laundry room and half bath are found on the upper level. The desired open floor plan is ideal for entertaining and family time. Enjoy family dinners surrounded by elegant décor and gorgeous ocean vistas.

Parlor or appreciate your morning coffee on either of the ocean facing covered decks. Painless beach access just steps away(30-45 second walk to beach access). No huge events.

May-September sheets and towels will be supplied; Guests will be responsible for making beds.

We ask that guests bring their own beach chairs , beach/pool towels, and items.

Pool is NOT heated and no grilling on decking.

Please make sure that outside lights at pool/decks are turned off 9pm-7am.

Guests will need to bring their own charcoal for grille.

Outdoor shower will be turned off in winter if necessary.
Guest access
All access to home with the exception of the storage unit located on the ground floor.
Other things to note
Located at the East end of the beach. Wonderful ocean and inlet vistas! Literally steps from the beach! Quiet, family beach!

Guest(s) will be responsible for any missing items and/or damage.

At checkout, all dirty linens, towels, etc should be placed in laundry room, any dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and any decor put back in its general area.

All trash cans need to be emptied, all doors/windows locked and place keys back in lockbox.

Trash pick-up is on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Containers should be rolled to the end of the driveway for collection.
