Summary:
Souls in the Sand is a handsome 2 bed/2bath 3rd floor oceanfront condo with epic vistas & less than 4 mins for your toes to hit the sand! You will appreciate to catch the impressive sunrise from the comfort from your private balcony!
Conveniently located to all things Carolina Beach: cycling, kayaking, fishing charters, hiking at the CB State Park and our famed boardwalks and fishing piers with great eateries and shopping! Downtown Wilmington and the airport less than 45 minuets away! Community pool too!

The Space:
The pool is located just behind the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather.

We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

- Free parking (2 spaces) at condominium - please display parking pass at all times and park in designated parking row. Also note, OVERSIZED trucks/cars and overhead storage on cars might not fit in covered parking spaces.

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

• In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.

• Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is commonly available on booking websites. If they are not listed, email the property management company before you book your rental. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches.
• If there's a particular Cape Fear area attraction you are enamored with, search for homes that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
• Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking.

• Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are away, just like you would at home.
• When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
