It's really gorgeous. Nice dog friendly area in CB. A well behaved and groomed, housebroken pet of medium to smaller size is welcome to travel along with you, for an Additional Charge...a pet is welcome at the condo and on on our beaches before 9:00am or after 5:00pm during peak season and north of the pier all day any day of the week. Can also get to Freeman park with a short walk down Carolina Beach Ave.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Getting the most from your budget:

• The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
• June, July, and August are high season in Carolina Beach. To find the largest rental home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
• Some owners offer special rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
• Property managers often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
• Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on great feedback to inspire future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
