Welcome to your ideal Oak Island vacation getaway! This freshly constructed, opulent 5-bedroom home, finished in December 2025, very comfortably sleeps 11 and is ideal for extended families and group getaways.



The ground level offers a private king suite and a stacked washer and dryer. The main floor centers around an open-concept living room and kitchen, with a convenient half bath just off the common area. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, reverse osmosis filtered water, and a sizable island with seating for three, flowing into a dining area that seats up to eight for shared meals. This level also includes a primary king suite with an attached bath featuring an upsized tile shower and double vanities. The top floor is dedicated to bedrooms, with two additional king en-suites, one of which includes a dedicated workspace, and a queen/twin XL bunk room. All bedrooms include walk-in closets, ceiling fans, and private en-suite bathrooms.



No-step accessibility with an elevator to all levels makes the home painless for everybody to savor. Roku TVs throughout the home make it simple to sign in and stream from your own accounts: a 75" TV in the living room, 55" TVs in each king en-suite, a 43" TV in the bunk room, and a 75" SunBrite TV on the screened-in porch. Fast Wi‑Fi, ceiling fans in all gathering spaces, a Weber gas grille, a tankless water heater, Lutron lighting dimmers, and an EV charging station add everyday comfort and convenience.



Appreciate multiple outdoor spaces, including a covered front porch, screened-in back porch, and covered patio. The shaded, fenced-in backyard getaway offers generous calming areas with swings and plenty of shade for afternoon reading or naps. It features a seasonally heated saltwater pool (available for an additional fee), a spillover spa, a heated outdoor shower, and a fire pit for year-round enjoyment.



A dedicated modest garage holds beach chairs, a wagon, and yard games for guest use; this space is for beach gear only and does not accommodate parking. The driveway offers parking for up to four cars.



A 3-min. walk down a shaded, peaceful street brings you to the island's south-facing beach with calm waters, and a 15-min. walk along the shoreline takes you to the Oak Island Pier, where you can grab coffee at Ruby's in the morning and visit KoKo Cabana for lunch or dinner.



Spend your days unwinding on the beach, slipping back for a dip in the pool, and heading out in the evening to appreciate close by eateries without the hassle of driving or searching for parking. Located in the beautiful Yaupon Beach area, you'll be close to local dining, shopping, breathtaking live oak-lined streets, and countless beach activities, making this coastal home a ideal base for beach fun and family time.



For families with little ones, the home isn't equipped with infant gear, so cribs, high chairs, and similar items aren't supplied. Feel complimentary to bring your own.



A separate rental agreement is required for all stays and is e-signed through our portal after booking. It covers home rules and standard terms for use, damages, and cancellation, and is available on request before booking. A returnable $1,000 security deposit is collected 2 days before check-in and released 2 days after checkout, supplied there are no damages or rule violations. It may be used for accidental damage, excess cleaning, missing items, or rule breaches.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and all listed amenities, including all bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, screened porch, patio, backyard with heated pool and spa, and the front porch. Some owner closets and one of the two garages are locked for owner use only; all other spaces and amenities are available for guest use as described.



-Linens are supplied: sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bathmats, and pool towels. Guests bring beach towels.

-The kitchen has a combo drip/Keurig coffee maker.

-Starter supplies include trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, K-Cups, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap at each sink, and bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom. Laundry detergent is not included.

-Three exterior intelligent locks share a single unique entry code supplied to each guest.

-Combination smoke and CO detectors are installed in all bedrooms and on every level. Three fire extinguishers: kitchen, deck, and garage.

-Five outdoor cameras: driveway, pool equipment, utilities, and two front-door doorbells. No cameras view interior spaces, the backyard, the pool, or the spa.

-TV streaming uses your own accounts. No cable or satellite is included.

-Pool heat is available seasonally for $100/day plus tax. Message us at least 48 hours before check-in to schedule.

-Firewood for the firepit is not supplied and is available at close by grocery stores.

-A digital home guide is shared via link before arrival. It covers instructions for every conveniences, our local recommendations, and answers to the most common guest questions, so please save the link and review it in detail. A printed guidebook is also on-site, but the digital version is kept up to date and is the default go-to.
