The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach/pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here are a few things to bring:

When to visit & When to book:

• In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
• To find the best value, try shifting your trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer great temperatures, , and reduced traffic.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
