THE LOCATION
Holden Beach, North Carolina, is a modest coastal community in southeast North Carolina known for its welcoming locals, pretty beaches, and nesting sea turtles. Recognized as a top beach by USA Today, and one of National Geographic Traveler’s Magazine top 10 family beach destinations, Holden Beach, is the ideal destination for your next vacation. Marina Jack is located within a short 3 min. walk to the beach and has impressive ocean vistas!
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes entirely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 5 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), tiki bar and outdoor shower. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pool table and wet bar, the second floor has a enormous open living area. This home is very roomy. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pool heating is an additional $80 per nighttime with a 3 nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

Pet Policy
Marina Jack is a Pet Friendly Property for a $350 non-returnable pet fee. You can bring up to two family family pets under 50 pounds. Homeowner Approval is required. Any pet left unattended must be crated, and cannot be left outside. No pets are allowed on the furnishings or beds. No pets are allowed in the pool. You will be charged an additional pet fee if these rules are not followed. Please e-mail us a copy of your pets most refreshed vaccination record, proof of flea and tick treatment, as well as a photo of your pet to begin the approval process. If a pet is found on the property without approval, an additional fee will be applied to your stay. Please send approval information at least 1 week in advance of your stay date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance.   • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
