An open floor plan with plenty of room for gathering and dining is enhanced by water vistas. The first floor offers a comfortable and private living area with a bedroom with two queen beds and is connected to a full bath. The first level sitting and sleeping area contains a separate room complete with table and chairs conveniently accomodating games or laptops. Stepping outside from the first floor you will find a double outdoor shower, hammock, picnic table and a private boardwalk to the beach.
