THE LOCATION
Holden Beach is a modest coastal community in southeast North Carolina known for its welcoming locals, handsome beaches, and nesting sea turtles. Also known as “The Family Beach,” Holden has a long history of local families developing and serving the community. Recognized as a top beach by USA Today, and one of National Geographic Traveler’s Magazine top 10 family beach destinations, Holden Beach is the ideal destination for your next vacation.
Lone Palm has marvelous ocean vistas! It is a two min. walk to a handsome park, basketball courts, ice cream and coffee stores as well as eateries.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes entirely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. There are 5 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms for a total of 7 bathrooms. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 8 cars. There is a private pool and tiki bar, equipped with a enormous outdoor TV. You will also find a ping pong table located in the poolside area, as well as an outdoor shower! Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. Each bed consists of premium hybrid memory foam. The first floor has a pool table, sleeper couch and wet bar, the second floor also has a huge open living area and a convenient wet bar. The home features sizable quartz countertops and an upsized island in the kitchen. Altogether this property includes two full sized fridges, two ice makers and two drink fridges. This home is very cavernous, with an additional huge 12ft dining table and enough seating to accommodate 22 people. The kitchen and bars are well supplied for cooking and entertaining a large group. For your convenience, the elevator goes to all floors. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes multiple coffee makers, a Keurig and a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with (8) beach chairs and (2) coolers for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Animals are not allowed at this property.

Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach property.
Outdoor perimeter security cameras are in place for the safety of the property. There are no cameras inside the property.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you up to 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers up to 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
