Admire expansive ocean vistas from nearly every room, including an enormous kitchen outfitted with a humongous center island, gas range, double oven, two dishwashers, commercial ice-maker, and refrigerator/freezer, as well as a additional refrigerator/freezer in the walk-in pantry. An ornate chandelier illuminates the 10-seat dining table, while the adjacent living room is anchored by a fireplace and enormous TV. A second living room awaits on the lower level where a pool table and TV with a soundbar are backdropped by the huge deck and pool. When to visit Holden Beach & When to book:

  • Booking in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance.   • Keep your rental home locked while you're away! Don't let burglars spoil your holiday.
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
