This property comes entirely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. There is a private pool, tiki bar and outdoor shower. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pool table, ping pong table, margarita machine and wet bar. The second floor includes a huge open living area with gorgeous shades installed for privacy. This home is very cavernous and equipped with a desk for travelers who are working with a view. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes two Keurig's and a propane gas grille. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. To make the check in process simple, this home has a keyless entry.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers up to 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price.
