Walking into this home you will be met with a cheerful open concept layout boasting nautical décor. The chef in your family will appreciate making tasty meals in the well-equipped updated kitchen. Savor your home cooked meals in the new screened in porch listening to the waves crashing. The living room offers an abundance of natural lighting with picture ideal vistas of the sparking Atlantic Ocean with cozy furnishings accepting for the best family game nighttime. Take a break from the white sands and lounge by your very own private pool! You will savor the convenience of the enclosed outdoor shower making the transition from the beach to inside simple!

There are 5 huge bedrooms that allow you to just fall into fresh, pre-made beds with crisp linens providing comfort for up to 12 people, pleasing coastal décor and wall-mounted Intelligent TVs in each room. What once was the 2nd floor open loft style 5th bedroom has newly been remodeled into a really private bedroom. Downstairs there is a hall and a jack and jill bath, and there is a private bath in the upstairs bedroom.
