The living room offers a 50" Intelligent TV to stream your favorite Services as well as YouTube TV. The kitchen has been entirely outfitted with everything you would need for creating tasty gourmet meals at home. With new stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, tile backsplash and granite countertops, with bar seating for 4, this enchanting kitchen also includes a good variety of modest appliances such as an air fryer, Instant Pot, electric griddle, blender, and so much more! You will appreciate the coffee station at the end of the bar, complete with a Keurig/Standard drip coffee maker combo, and a handy mini-refrigerator for storing additional beverages or snacks. The dining table offers bench seating, with enough space for everybody to savor family mealtime together.   • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
