• Main Bedroom: Queen bed, newly modernized private bathroom (shower/tub), and a private balcony facing the Intracoastal Waterway.
• Second Bedroom: Twin-over-Full bunk bed, a trundle, and a twin bed sleeping nook. Features a newly refreshed bathroom with a shower and a private balcony with a swing.
• Living Room: Full-size sleeper couch and a Roku TV for additional sleeping space and entertainment.
