The best coffee stores, breweries, and drink spots are all in Brooklyn Arts, and you don’t have to stay in a stale condo or rickety relic of a home. Everything is modern and brand new!
Two off-street parking spots in the driveway are supplied, and the parking on 5th Ave is complimentary.

The Space
Welcome to our Brooklyn Arts Retreat, designed for guests who want walkability, comfort, and elevated details without sacrificing tranquility and privacy. Whether you’re here for a wedding weekend, a friends’ hideaway, or a coastal reset, this home balances downtown energy with a casual, high-end vibe you’ll feel the moment you walk in.
You have the entire first-floor of this two-unit duplex. The separate, top-floor unit has a long-term occupant. You also have exclusive use of a high-fenced, private back patio to relax with a drink under the trees. The space is gorgeously decorated and comfortable so you’ll feel right at home.
Living Area
Walk in to a comfortable, design-forward living space with layered textures, warm lighting, and comfortable seating for movie nights, games, or slow mornings. Unwind on the cavernous couch and put your feet up - the seats are power recliners.
The living area joins an simple, social kitchen setup with the gear you need to prepare and gather — cookware, silverware, and the basics for meals at home. A dedicated coffee/tea station makes mornings feel like a ritual (and not a scramble). The dual-mode coffee maker lets you use K-Pods or brew sizable pots.
Bedrooms (sleep painless, wake up happy)
Each bedroom is designed with comfort first — supportive, memory foam beds, quality linens, and the modest details guests notice (nightstands, lamps, hangers, mirrors, blackout curtains/shades, and space to unpack).
Primary suite: king bed + private ensuite bath and enormous closet with a vanity for a true “suite” feel
Guest bedrooms: Two additional bedrooms with queen beds and easy access to the shared bathroom (ideal for couples or friends sharing the home)
In addition to the two full bathrooms, there is a separate powder room (half bath), making getting ready faster for everybody.
There is a full-size washer and dryer, and we include eco-friendly detergent sheets.
